Last updated: 26 October 2026. This policy explains what personal information Psyche Academy ("we", "us") collects through psyche-academy.com and our student portal, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Enquiry forms: your name, phone number or email, the service you are interested in, any message you write, the page you used, and the date and time.
- Technical data: your IP address, used only to prevent spam and protect the site.
- Student portal: name, email, chosen programme, progress, homework and mock test scores, and writing you submit for practice.
- Schools and institutes: the contact person's name, role and phone or email.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, arrange demo classes and provide the services you ask for.
- To run your course, track your progress and support you.
- To keep the website secure and prevent misuse.
- To improve our courses and website. If we enable website analytics, we use it in aggregate form.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers needed to run the website and communicate with you, such as our web hosting and email providers, and messaging apps you choose to contact us on (for example WhatsApp). We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Children and psychometric assessments
For students under 18, we ask for a parent or guardian's consent, or the school's authorised consent, before any assessment. Assessment results are shared only with the student, their parent or guardian, and the school or institute that arranged the assessment, as agreed beforehand.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and keep reasonable business records, and student records while you are enrolled and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to being contacted, by emailing admin@psyche-academy.com. We handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising cookies. The admin area uses a session cookie for login. If we enable analytics, it may set its own cookies.
